Terms & Conditions
Additional charges may apply for removing mats or clipping heavily matted coats. If you miss an appointment or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee will be incurred.
In most cases, dogs are more relaxed and cooperative during grooming when their owner is not present. However, if Gail believes your presence would be in the dog’s best interest, especially for puppies, senior dogs, or those with severe anxiety or health concerns, she may recommend that you stay.
